By participating in any online classes, sessions, programs, or content offered by Rise & Doe, including but not limited to yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, reiki-inspired relaxation, or self-development practices, you agree to the following: 1. Voluntary Participation I understand that my participation in Rise & Doe online classes is voluntary and that I am solely responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after each session. 2. Health & Medical Responsibility I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in these practices. I acknowledge that Rise & Doe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating if I have any medical conditions, injuries, mental health concerns, are pregnant, or have any doubts about my suitability for these practices. 3. Personal Responsibility & Self-Awareness I understand that online instruction limits the teacher’s ability to observe and adjust my movements or breathing. I agree to listen to my body, modify where needed, and stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, emotional distress, or discomfort. 4. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that yoga, breathwork, and related practices involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional release, or discomfort. I knowingly and willingly assume all risks associated with my participation. 5. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rise & Doe, its owner, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in online classes, now or in the future. 6. No Guarantees I understand that results vary from person to person and that Rise & Doe makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, healing, or benefits. 7. Online Environment I acknowledge that I am responsible for creating a safe, private space for my practice and ensuring my technology and surroundings are suitable for participation. 8. Consent By participating in Rise & Doe online offerings, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver in full.
