Breathwork, Reiki & Yoga Teacher

I’m KT, a breathwork, reiki and yoga teacher with a grounded, body-led approach to wellbeing.

My work is shaped by years of personal practice, professional training, and lived experience navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and change.

I teach from the belief that the body holds wisdom when we learn how to listen.

My classes are calm, supportive, and rooted in nervous system awareness. You won’t be pushed or fixed here. Instead, you’ll be guided to build safety, self-trust, and resilience at your own pace.

Rise & Doe was created as a space where people can meet themselves honestly and learn tools that support real life, not just the mat.
